Public Grievance Redressal Officer

If the consumer is not satisfied with the redressal of his complaint by the TSC or, if his complaint remains unaddressed or no intimation of redressal of his complaint is received within the stipulated period, such consumer may refer his complaint to Public Grievance Redressal Officer either by email on grievance@kappa.net.in or by post.
